Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the product information provided, products and their ingredients may change.

What’s more, you will be able to purchase throughout the year, whether it’s for Easter or birthday gifts, as a thank you, or simply to surprise someone with a tin of what you know are their favourites. With more than 2,000 brands ranging from global icons to local favourites, we are present in 191 countries around the world. The brand has used only certified sustainably sourced cocoa since 2015, and Quality Street chocolate is made from milk sourced from farms in Scotland that have been part of a sustainable farming partnership with Nestlé since 2003.Ellie Dent said: “This year’s marketing campaign is all about how Quality Street can make moments more memorable and build togetherness with friends and family, whatever your chosen definition of family is. This is reflected in our television ad, which features real-life groups of family, friends and couples. Following in the footsteps of Smarties, which introduced recyclable paper packaging for all its confectionery products globally in 2021, Quality Street is the second Nestlé confectionery brand to make the move to paper.

The original tin contained 18 varieties, had paper bunting around the edge and all the sweets were wrapped differently, providing a visual and sensual experience. They can personalise their tin with a name of their choice* and have it delivered straight to their door. Louise Barrett, Head of the Nestlé Confectionery Product Technology Centre in York, said: "With nine different sweets to consider, the transition has been a huge undertaking. Intrigue Salted Caramel and Praline Truffles are available at most major supermarkets, Orange Truffles are exclusive to Asda. John Lewis is once again offering Brits the chance to personalise their own tub of Quality Streets this Christmas.Ellie Dent, Senior Brand Manager for Quality Street said: “We’ve had an overwhelming response to our pop-up stations over the last few years, so we know how much people love to choose the perfect mix of their favourite sweets and personalise their Quality Street tins.

For instance, does your family vie for the Green Triangles and Caramel Swirls while Toffee Fingers are left in the tin? From early 2023, all sweets will be wrapped in paper apart from the Green Triangle and Orange Chocolate Crunch, which will remain in their recyclable foil wrappers. The move to new paper packaging for the nine remaining twist-wrapped sweets will take a few months to fully implement. In an effort to go green, the treats are now being wrapped in a vegetable-based wax instead of the iconic shiny foils that became a festive staple for decades. Cheryl Allen, head of sustainability at Nestlé confectionery, said the company thought long and hard before making the change. Their son, Harold Mackintosh, developed Quality Street in the 1930s to create an affordable, brightly coloured assortment of chocolates and sweets.
