I think the Series 5 5195 would be the safest choice considering your sensitive skin. The Arc 5 is indeed overkill for a light beard and the very large head can be a bit awkward to use. The ES-LL21 is one of the good Arc 3 models but again, the Series 5 is more comfortable and more suitable in this case. There are a few foil shavers with only two cutting elements, but the performance is far from stellar. They also don’t come with a cleaning station and the reliability isn’t the best (for example in the case of Wahl shavers).
